An acre or more earning nothing?
We lease land across the UK to open secure storage yards. You provide the ground; we fund the works, run the site and find the customers.
Vacant land is expensive to own and awkward to use. It attracts fly-tipping, it needs managing whether or not it earns, and the obvious commercial options all involve building something — which means capital, planning, years, and a permanent change to an asset you may not want to change permanently.
Secure open storage is the quiet alternative. There are no buildings, the works are surfacing and fencing rather than construction, it is low-impact for neighbours, and it is reversible. For a landowner it turns a standing cost into an income without asking you to become an operator.
What we look for
Smaller plots can work if the shape and access are right, but an acre is the point where the numbers usually start to make sense.
A route an HGV or low-loader can get in and out of. Access is the single most common reason a promising plot doesn't work.
Already surfaced is ideal. Ground that could be surfaced is fine — that's usually the work we'd be funding.
Existing open storage or B8 use is the cleanest start. Land without it isn't ruled out, but the planning position shapes the timescale.
Power and water are useful rather than essential, and their absence is usually solvable.
We operate across Merseyside, Wirral, Cheshire and Manchester and are actively looking to extend across the UK.
How it works
Send us the location
A postcode, a rough plot boundary and anything you know about access and planning. That's enough for a first view.
We assess it
We look at access, ground, planning position and local demand, and come back to you honestly about whether it works.
We agree terms
If it's a fit, we agree a lease or a partnership arrangement that suits how you want to hold the land.
We build and run it
We fund the surfacing, fencing, gates and security, then market the site, sign the customers and manage the day-to-day.
